Dot was the favorite model of her brother Jim (James J. Figueroa), and these photos show why. Most of them were scanned by Dot’s nephew (Jim’s son) James, although a few were printed by Jim. Of these, a couple were hand tinted by Dot’s ‘Uncle’ Bill (Timmerman), who was a close friend of Dot’s father James V. Figueroa.
